Equal channel angular press [ECAP] is a novel process that has been used to consolidate metal particles [25-27]. The severe shear deformation involved in the ECAP would disrupt the oxide layer on the metal surface and create good bonding between metal particles to form bulk materials with full density and excellent mechanical properties. The method also provides advantages of retaining the non-equilibrium structures of particles due to shorter processing time and lower temperature normally involved in the process as compared to conventional metal fabrication. [Pg.154]
