Multifunctional Nanotips

Multifunctional nanotips were developed for multidimensional nanoscale imaging by combined SECM techniques. Primarily, a multifunctional nanotip serves as a nanoelectrode to provide reactivity information about a target interface while the second function of the nanotip is to provide information about the tip-substrate
