Molybdatophosphoric acid

Mitragyna alkaloids 314 Mixing the mobile phase 132 Molybdatophosphoric acid see Phosphomo-lybdic acid... [Pg.731]

For the absorption 5 ml of a dilute HNO3 solution (1 2) may also be used. After absorption the solution is boiled briefly. For the extraction of the yellow modification of the heteropoly molybdatophosphoric acid, butyl acetate or isobutyl acetate, w-butanol, isobutanol, n-amyl alcohol, isoamyl alcohol, or a mixture of isobutanol-benzene (1 1), isobutanol-chloroform (3 3), etc., can also be used. The reduction of the extracted heteropoly acid after acidification with 10 ml of n HCl or n H2SO4 can also be carried out by the addition of 1 ml of 0.2% hydrazine sulfate or 0.05—0.1 g of solid ascorbic acid. Both of the latter two reduction methods take place at 40—60 °C. [Pg.102]
