Discussion of each of the protein-(T,)-based molecular machines of the second kind is beyond the scope of this volume. Above were discussed the set of five pairwise energy conversions that constituted protein-(T,)-based molecular machines of the first kind. This leaves another 13 pairwise energy conversions of the second kind, which are listed under Axiom 4 in section 5.6.3.
