It should be mentioned that the Nilsson-type potentials are implicitly nonlocal, since some of their parameters change slightly from shell to shell. On the other hand, a modified quantum theory based on the deformation of some standard symmetries used in quantum mechanics may describe the nonlinearity and non-locality of the interaction and take into account the deformability of the system as a whole.
