Mock PMNs

The PMN form is also used for Significant New Use Notices (SNUNs), and for so-called mock PMNs, which are submissions in the context of enforcement proceedings. Note that requirements for the SNUNs are not the same as for PMNs., and are addressed in Procedure Number Reg. Aff. 7, Procedure for SNUNs. [Pg.718]

This Procedure is limited to PMNs directed towards Inventory listing of the subject chemicals, and mock PMNs. [Pg.718]

This document describes the procedure required to list a chemical substance on the TSCA Inventory, and for submitting mock PMNs. The steps include gathering information to submit a PMN, filling out the PMN form, and continuing to update information during the EPA s ninety-day review period. [Pg.719]
