Park, Yong-Seung. 1997. Occupational Safety Effects of Employee Participation Plans in Decision-Making and Financial Returns. PhD diss., Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. 

He left in 1943 to join the Army, being associated with research on antisubmarine weapons. Returning to University of Minnesota, initially as instructor, he was appointed full professor of civil engineering in 1959, and named director of the St. Anthony Falls Hydraulic Laboratory in 1974. He died only 1 year later following a heart attack suffered while attending a symposium of the American Water Resources Association AWRA at Rutgers University, New Brunswick NJ.
