Metal centers, internal vibrational modes

Several investigators have indicated that internal vibrational modes of the metal centers can be critical in determining the rate constants for electron transfer, particularly in the region where A G > X. Thus equation 1 represents a simplified form of equation 2 in which contributions from an average internal vibration are considered.
