Massachusetts Coalition for the Prevention of Medical Error

Leaders around the country are forming broad-based community coalitions on behalf of patient safety. In addition to the Minnesota Alliance for Patient Safety, coalitions are Virginians Improving Patient Care and Safety the Wisconsin Patient Safety Institute, the Michigan Health Safety Coalition, the Georgia Partnership for Health and Accountability, the Massachusetts Coalition for the Prevention of Medical Error, the Pittsburgh Regional Health Initiative, and the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Collaborative.
