Luminol bound microspheres

Following our previous work with luminol-bound polymer microspheres, we attempted to prepare new chemiluminescent microspheres containing CLA or its analogues. The properties of CLA immobilized polymer microspheres were previously reported. In this paper, we report the immobilization of MCLA and FCLA (the conjugate of fluorescein and CLA) onto polymer microspheres.
