Low-Temperature Studies with Amino Acids and Simple Polypeptides

Low-Temperature Studies with Amino Acids and Simple Polypeptides [Pg.184]

Feairheller et al. (1969) have used low-temperature spectroscopy to characterize some amino acids and simple polypeptides. The results on the simple amino acids showed that the greatest improvement in spectra can be expected for compounds in the dipolar ionic form. On the other hand, very little improvement was noted for the hydrochlorides of amino acids. [Pg.184]
