Lipinski-like oral space

The Lipinski rules were derived from an analysis of 2245 drugs from the WDI database they identify compounds lying in a region of property space where the probability of useful oral activity is very high. A compound that fails the filter, that is, two or more properties are out of range, will likely be poorly bioavailable because of poor absorption or permeation. [Pg.601]
