Linde air separation

The researchers of TNRI had developed a modification of the Haber process—the Tokoshi Process—which was composed of all domestic machines and apparatus except for the Linde air-separating machine. Industrialization of this process was tried by Showa-Denko in 1929 production was recorded at 20 tons per day.
