Leskea + Thuidiaceae clade

These observations once more nnderline the importance of uniform selection of taxa. The small number of Thuidiaceae included in this analysis, for example, does not allow further discussion of the topology of the LT clade, namely the possible separation of Leskea + Haplocladium from the rest of Thuidiaceae found in the NJ analysis of Gardiner et al. (2005).
