The sodium chloride and sulphate regularly found in Leblanc soda ash are not usually injurious the insoluble matter should not exceed 1 to 1J per cent. Lead Paper. This reagent for hydrogen sulfide, is prepared by soaking filter paper in a solution containing 5 grams of lead nitrate per liter, and drying in air free from H2S. Instead of this paper, one can use paper moistened widi ferrous sulfate or lead acetate solution. 

The lead paper was presented during the Plenary Session by Dr. Andreas Schon-ecker (IKTS Fraunhofer, Germany) and provides an excellent overview of the correlations between advanced piezoceramics technologies and the development of smart devices, microsystems, and structures.
