Kuntsevich, Anatoly

KUNTSEVICH, ANATOLY DEM YANOVICH (1934-2003 ). Soviet and, later, Russian military officer, scientist, and government official. A physical chemist by training, Kuntsevich was a corresponding member of the Soviet Academy of Sciences Division of General and Technical Chemistry from 29 December 1981 until 23 December 1987 when he was elevated to academician of the division. He commanded the Shikhany military chemical establishment from 1975 to 1983. [Pg.125]
