Kaizen Team Presentation

To prep the team, it is wise to mirror the same sequence of process steps for the presentation that were used in the three-day event. This gives them confidence because they have just followed this process for three days. Each of these steps, or talking points, will have a team member assigned to it  

As this presentation planning takes place, the facilitator should take notes and then prepare the meeting presentation. I most often use PowerPoint and include many of the event pictures in the presentation. The team will be nervous, but they all survive and grow from the experience. The facilitator
