Observations jump-seat

Jump-seat observations during normal flight operations... 

Data were collected from a total of 215 sectors of normal line operations in a single-aisle jet fleet of a large eoimnercial airline. All participants volunteered to have a jump-seat observer colleet data during the flight operation. 

Jump-seat observations during normal flight operations CORS observations are conducted on normal timetabled revenue services, with participants fulfilhng their normal rostered workings. There ate no observations conducted during driver monitoring or assessment journeys.
