TASK STEPS POTENTIAL HAZARDS SAFETY PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW SAFETY EQUIPMENT 

1) Put on all required safety equipment, then report to job location. Contact By Forklifts/Blind Corners Foot-Level Fall Oil, water, or trash on floor. When going anywhere in the mill, always walk to one side of pathways. Look before rounding corners. Avoid wet oily spots. Pick up or step over trash or bunks. If your shoes/boots get slippery, clean them. Hard hat Safety glasses Steel-toed boots Hearing Protection Gloves Lock-outtags 

2) Lock-out the system for the hydraulic hose. Caught in You may become entangled in the machinery. All workers imist place their Lock-eet Tag on all system breakers. Lock-out tags
