Perhaps the man who prays the prayer, constructs this glorious form in another world, this body of light which was spoken of by the Manicheans and which is his Celestial Jerusalem /(jr his own Celestial City , born out of his inner temple wh ich was its crad le its original prototype in exchange for the original celestial influx through a type of two way flow the projection of the terrestrial world into the celestial plane. 

By the time of Christ, a third national oppressor joined Egypt and Babylon in the archetype of Shishak. At the time of Revelation, in 95CE, Babylon represented Rome. The Revelation of John predicts the destmction of Babylon. The celestial city of Jerusalem is to replace it. Babylon is in this case the occupied terrestrial city of Jerusalem. It also includes the Roman Empire and in particular, Rome itself.
