Isomerism dissociation

Alicyclic ew-dialkyldiazenes are very thermolabile when compared to the corresponding tram-isomers, often having only transient existence under typical reaction conditions. It has been proposed49 that the main light-induced reaction of the dialkyldiazenes is tram-cis isomerization.
