International collaboration Implementing Agreement

The two files D(A) and D(C) are in the ECDIN databank as a result of a collaboration between the ECDIN project and the International Register of Potential Toxic Chemicals. This collaboration implements an agreement between the Commission of the EC and the UN Environment Programme. The category I is not fully implemented at the time this paper is written, but these data should be made available to users during the summer of 1987.
