The performance of these polymer micro-fluidic devices was examined as a function of their structural properties and the target morphology. The polymeric devices exhibit essentially the same behavior and performance in insulator-based dielectrophoresis as their glass counterparts. This indicates the potential for mass production of these devices to address the needs of high-throughput processes.
