The local full NRG appears then as a direct product of two commutable subgroups the restricted NRG corresponding to the internal motions, Uf, and the external rotation symmetry subgroup corresponding to the external rotation. Subclassifications of H Bonds. Subclassifications among H bonds have been proposed since the earliest studies of the H bond. For a time there were proponents of a distinction between a hydrogen and a hydroxyl bond (200).
