How FLSs Are Chosen

FLSs can arrive at their career path from many different directions. In many instances the FLS will be chosen from the ranks of the team members. This newly chosen FLS may have been chosen because he or she was the most productive member of the department, or maybe the least productive member of the department, a maintenance person who had a knack for keeping the line operating smoothly, the plant manager s brother-in-law, or a whole host of other reasons.
