High-throughput applications imaging

Near-infrared chemical imaging instrumentation is rugged and flexible, suitable for both the laboratory and the manufacturing environment. Therefore analysis methods developed in the laboratory can often be tailored for implementation near-line or at-line. NIR-CI is also a massively parallel approach to NIR spectroscopy, making the technique well suited for high-throughput applications. [Pg.189]

Luminescence Lifetime-Based Imaging of Sensor Arrays for High-Throughput Screening Applications... [Pg.45]

Zeiss have developed a high-throughput reader system (the Plate Vision multimode reader) for microwell plates that is capable of fast time-resolved fluorescence (Fast-TRF) imaging with nanosecond resolution [ 189] (Fig. 28), which has found applications in pharmaceutical screening. This microplate imager is suitable for time-resolved RET assays. Kinase assays, for instance, can be performed with antibodies labeled with a Ru(batho)2bipy complex or... [Pg.81]
