Henschel type mixer

Mixing was started at 860 rpm (revolutions per minute), which corresponds to a circumferential velocity of 40 m/s. After 12 minutes, the temperature had reached 90°C, which is some 10°C above ftie melting point of the oiganic component. The mixing process was then stopped and the material was transferred into a 2000 1 cooling mixer of the Henschel type, in which the material was stirred for 20 minutes at 100 rpm.
