Hariana shrimp

Most commonly used reagents include ethanol, ether, acetone, sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, or a combination, chiefly used at ambient temperature (No and Meyers 1995). White chitin and chitosan without the need for DC was obtained by using 30% HCI for DM and 1.5 N NaOH for DP from Hariana Shrimp (Naznin 2005).
