H Decomposition of Sodium Dithionite

References-. Lotka (1910-1), Lotka (1910-2), Rinker, et al. (1965), DePoy and Mason (1974). [Pg.40]

Sodium dithionite (NajS204) undergoes thermal decomposition in aqueous solution to form sodium bisulphite (NaHS03), and sodium thiosulphate (Na2S203) according to the stoichiometry  [Pg.40]

Rinker et al. reported that at certain temperatures oscillations in the dithionite concentrations are observable. However, the mechanism they proposed did not account for the oscillations. [Pg.40]
