Guard restraint

If hand/foot placement is critical to the process, design so that careless, inadvertent placement of hands or feet will not result in injury provide guards, restraints, warning labels, etc. 

The storage vessel and turntable are top supported. The guard tank is bottom supported. The closure head and turntable loads are transmitted to file storage vessel flange, which in turn, transmits the loads through the storage-vessel support structure to the vault concrete. No seismic restraint is required between the turntable and storage vessel. 

It will probably be necessary to keep up a small body of troops to garrison a few posts, which it will be necessary to maintain, in order to guard against the sudden encroachments of the Indians, or of the Spaniards and British and therefore, the general government ought to be invested with power to raise and keep up a standing army in time of peace, without restraint at their discretion. 

Vehicle restraints are more effective than manual wheel chocking. The restraint has a moveable steel hook, bar, or handle mounted onto the dock wall face. The hook, bar, or handle attaches to the ICC (Interstate Commerce Commission) bar, which is the horizontal bar mounted below the trailer bumper. This device is also called a rear impact guard.
