Here is a list of all dangerous reactions that are related to nitrile functional group behaviour. By active polymerisation is meant the polymerisation that affects the carbon-nitrogen triple bond. For this purpose, analysis of the methyl group behaviour is appropriate, as mentioned for 2H NMR investigations (Sect. 5.3.2). Indeed, the ring motions about the 1,4 axis do not drag the methyl groups along, whereas main-chain motions do.

A normal-co-ordinate analysis of the vibrations of Mg2Si04 has been carried out to investigate the group behaviour of the SiO ion. An i.r. and Raman study of a number of silicates with SiaO ring structures has been undertaken to show that the essential spectroscopic features of these rings are modified under the influence of structure change with or without modification of the local symmetry of the ring. 

Trace elements are often studied in groups, and deviations om group behaviour or systematic cj ges in behaviour within the group are used as an indicator of petrological professes. Safety remains driven by the simple principle of the complete elimination of technical breakdowns and human error. have moved closer to this ideal in industry, the focus has shifted to group behaviour (organisational culture). Safety culture is usually defined as a set of safety-related attitudes, values, or assumptions shared between the members of an organisation. It requires commitment and cooperation from all levels. This implies a unity and integration within an organisation that must be led from the highest levels, and when this does not exist, the consequences can be catastrophic.
