Grossman-Aharony perimeter

A two dimensional experiment on the dynamics of slow drainage in porous media [7] confirms the numerical value given by all these studies [4-6], with the particularity that for an uncompressible displaced fluid in d=2, the fractal dimension of the external perimeter which is observable is the Grossman-Aharony perimeter for which Df = Dg(d=2) = 4/3 (see [2] ref.[14]). 

Df = Dg if the connection process is on the Grossman-Aharony perimeter and Df = D if the connection process is on any internal or external perimeters. Identification of this expression with the Roux-Guyon result [4] would lead to the relation ...
