Grand taxon base rate

Each subanalysis will also produce estimates of the taxon base rate. An average of these estimates is called the grand taxon base rate. 

Where P is grand taxon base rate (the average of taxon base rates across subanalyses), Q = 1 - P is base rate of nontaxon, and other variables are the classification parameters with subscripts x, y, and z denoting the indicator with which they are associated.
