Genome-Based Comparison of Solvent-Producing Clostridium Strains

Genome-Based Comparison of Solvent-Producing Clostridium Strains [Pg.342]

The second cluster is rather diverse, as C. beijerinckii AAUl buffalo, NCIMB 14988 form a subcluster and a second subcluster is formed by C. beijerinckii strains NCIMB 8052 and ATCC 35702 and C. saachroperbutylacetonicum DSM 14923 (Nl-4 (HMT)). Strains C. beijerinckii G117 and HUN142 were excluded from this analysis, as there are no or only very short 16S rRNA sequences available for these strains. [Pg.343]

OGs shared by at least two genomes and the genome-specific OGs [98]. The genome of C. beijerinckii AAUl buffalo was excluded from this analysis owing [Pg.343]
