Finally, Table 4.10 reveals that the medians are lower than the averages of the number of products per therapeutic substance. Therefore, most therapeutic substances are available in the form of a single product in Spain, whereas in England they are available as two or more products. In England a large number of high-tumover therapeutic substances are sold in the form of between seven and 14 different products, while in Spain this is the case for only two to five products.
