General Purification Strategies for Oligonucleotides

Synthetic oligonucleotide purification strategies applicable at a small scale are discussed first, followed by a discussion of scaleable technologies, described in detail in Section III. 

Several properties of the oligonucleotides have been exploited for their purification.10-12 Some of the key methods are summarized in Table 1.13-34
