GABAa receptors, activation modulatory sites

Quazepam. Quazepam (Doral) and its active metaiw-lites reportedly are relatively selective for the benzodiaze pine modulatory site on (-1) type I GABAa receptors (i.e. receptors with an ai subunit) and are hypnotic agents.
