Fully Automatic Spraying of TLC Plates

The individual operating steps of the spraying process, including the date and the continuous numbering, are stored with the spraying method, and for the first time enable GMP/GLP-conforming operations to be performed. This is because of the exact reproducibility and the documentation now possible with the derivatization process. 

At the time of preparation of the present manuscript, comparative investigations of hand spraying, dipping and automatic spraying are in progress. The first results have been presented at a symposium [102c], and are available on request from DESAGA.
