From Buddleja globosa Hope

Buddleja globosa Hope (Buddlejaceae) from Chili has been utilized for wound healing and treatment of ulcers. A sesquiterpene compound called buddledin A was isolated from the plant and showed dual inhibitions of COX with IC50 =13.7 pM and of 5-LOX with lC5o= 50.4 pM [136].
