Fragment libraries SHAPES

With the current technology, a library of 500-1, (X)0 fragments split up into cocktails of 5-10 compounds can be screened by X-ray crystallography within reasonable timelines. The cocktails should be designed in such a way that each component of a mixture has a distinct shape to allow unambiguous identification of any bound fragment on the basis of the electron density.
