What should the technical report include and how should it be structured To some extent this is going to depend on the subject area it deals with, and any existing formats that your organization works to, but here are some suggestions  [Pg.47]

Information you will need to write the report includes details from the workplace for example, becoming familiar with the area of the workplace concerned, the nature of the problem and the number and type of workers affected by the problem and their possible degree of exposure. [Pg.48]

You then need reference information for example, an MSDS for a chemical problem, a supplier manual for a machine tool, a standard on forklift (industrial tmck) use, or a guidance note on Legionnaire s disease. [Pg.48]
