Forces due to liquid structure

A paper by Ninham [350] clearly shows that the understanding of emulsions is not trivial. That work on the theoretical forces due to liquid structures at interfaces is well beyond the scope of this book, but it stands as an example of the state of this rather complex field which must deal with the dynamics of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid interfaces.
