Flunixin meglumine, NSAIDs

The NSAIDs are amongst the most commonly prescribed agents for use in horses. Musculoskeletal pain and inflammation are the most common indications for chronic administration of NSAIDs to horses, with phenylbutazone being the NSAID used most frequently for that purpose.
