Film forming processing belt casting process

Another casting process is the forming of a plastic film or sheet by pouring the liquid resin onto a moving belt or by precipitation in a chemical bath. For example, a cast film is made by depositing a layer of plastic (molten, in solution, or in a dispersion) onto a surface, solidifying, and ranoving the film from the surface.
