Fatigue Punch Testing of UHMWPE

Displacement versus cycles curves obtained following testing of virgin and remelted highly crosslinked GUR 1050 specimens at differing peak loads. Crosslinked specimens exhibited substantially lower displacements at failure than control specimens. (Adapted from Villarraga et al. 2002.)
