In 2007, PareUa and coworkers [22] described the CN-HMBC experiment that provided for the simultaneous detection of long-range H- C and H—HMBC spectra. Obviously, the experiment shown in Fig. 1 can only be performed on three channel spectrometers. To discriminate correlations originating from C and two data sets are recorded with a minimum two-step phase cycle with the receiver phase alternating
