The commercial catalyst is nickel on a support, but reaction (356) can also occur on surfaces of a number of other catalysts. Its kinetics was studied [Pg.267]

In the theoretical discussion of the kinetics we shall suppose that contents of D in water vapor and hydrogen are small (as it was in our experiments). Then the gas mixture contains practically no D20 and D2 molecules and only reaction (356) occurs. [Pg.268]
