Example SOP for Performance Monitoring of IT Systems

This SOP describes the performance measures for monitoring an IT system. 

The system operators are responsible for pianning and executing the monitoring measures. 

Depending on the GxP risks of the applications running in the environment, the following system conditions should be continuously checked with suitable tools  

Depending on the risk of the monitored parameter, one or more of the following notification mechanisms should he chosen
