Example Evaluation of Protein Models

The following questions are basic in nature, but they should be addressed by the modeler about the final protein model(s) constructed  

What is the sequence identity and sequence similarity between the target and the template  

If the difference between the target and template exceeds 15%, are there additional sequences bridging the target and template sequences  

Are certain residues conserved throughout the sequences and have they been aligned
