Example Alcohol TM

Synthesize the following TM, using readily available starting materials and reagents. The synthesis must involve the formation of a new C-C bond. 

The synthesis of the alcohol simply involves a Grignard reaction. Simple Grignard reagents are typically commercially available. Otherwise, they can be prepared from the corresponding halide.
